Novota Industries is a partnership company started by two highly qualified and experienced Technocrats. The partners, Mr. S. N. Patil and Mr. R. Y. Chaudhari are Chemical Engineers from IIT, Mumbai & HBTI, Kanpur respectively and have 25 to 30 years of experience in the surface coating and chemical industry. Our sister concern M/s. Sunshield Udyog, has been in the field of specialty surface coatings for last 10 years and forms the backbone for developing niche products.

Novota Industries has been established in 2007 to market and supply all innovative range of products like:

• Sunsheetal: This is a heat reflective paint that can withstand temperatures up to 120^oC and it controls heat transfer by re-radiation of solar heat. This results in reduction of heat gain within the premises and consequently results in lower air conditioning cost.
• Ceracoat (HT): This is a high emissivity coating meant for refractory surfaces, its service temperature is up to 1800^oC. Application of Ceracoat (HT) improves heat energy transfer to the load by re-radiation of heat from the furnace walls to the load in less time as compared to uncoated refractory walls. This results in energy saving. Ceracoat (HT) may be applied in kilns, reheat furnaces, annealing furnaces and heat treatment furnaces with significant savings in energy costs. We can provide pay-back calculations to prove energy savings.
• Ceracoat (LT): This is a high emissivity coating meant for refractory surfaces, its service temperature is up to 1200^oC. Application of Ceracoat (LT) improves heat energy transfer to the load by re-radiation of heat from the furnace walls to the load in less time as compared to uncoated refractory walls. This results in energy saving. Ceracoat (LT) may be applied in kilns, reheat furnaces, annealing furnaces and heat treatment furnaces with significant savings in energy costs. We can provide pay-back calculations to prove energy savings.
• Tempshield (HT): This is a high emissivity coating meant for metal & refractory surfaces, its service temperature is up to 650^oC. Application of Tempshield (HT) improves heat energy transfer to the load by re-radiation of heat from the furnace walls to the load in less time as compared to uncoated refractory walls. This results in energy saving. Tempshield (HT) may be applied in ovens and other furnaces working at this temperature with significant savings in energy costs. We can provide pay-back calculations to prove energy savings.
• Tempshield (LT): This is a high emissivity coating meant for metal surfaces, its service temperature is up to 200^oC. Application of Tempshield (LT) improves heat energy transfer to the load by re-radiation of heat from the furnace walls to the load in less time as compared to uncoated refractory walls. This results in energy savings. Tempshield (LT) may be applied in baking ovens and other ovens working at this temperature with significant savings in energy costs.
